Microsoft Copilot Studio
Microsoft Copilot Studio is a low-code platform for building, customising and operating custom copilots and AI agents. Organisations use it to create conversational assistants, extend Microsoft 365 Copilot with their own topics and connectors, and ground agents in internal data sources across the Microsoft ecosystem — including autonomous agents that trigger processes on their own.
Copilot Studio (hervorgegangen aus Power Virtual Agents) ist Microsofts zentrales Werkzeug, um generative KI an unternehmensspezifische Anwendungsfälle anzupassen. Kernbausteine: Topics und generative Orchestrierung für Dialogflüsse, über 1.000 vorgefertigte Konnektoren plus Custom Connectors, Knowledge Sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, öffentliche Websites, Azure AI Search) für Grounding, sowie autonome Agenten mit Trigger- und Aktionslogik. Governance erfolgt über das Power Platform Admin Center mit DLP-Policies und Microsoft Purview. Typischer danad-Einsatz: Service-Desk-Agenten, interne Wissens-Assistenten und Prozess-Automatisierung als Ergänzung zu Microsoft-365-Copilot-Rollouts — DSGVO- und EU-AI-Act-konform aufgesetzt.
